Who is a COO?

COO, also known as the Chief Operating Officer takes the senior executive responsibility of the administration and operational functions in business for its day to day growth.

A COO can also be known as:

Executive vice president of operations

Operation directors

COO is the person who reports it to the CEO, and he is second in place after the CEO in commanding authority.

Likewise, the CEO handles the issues and affairs outside of the company to the public, but the COO handles the affairs which are inside the companies and what all the problems that have occurred inside the management and administration of the company will be solved by the COO.

COO is the one who executes the business plans of the company. The CEO only decides the plans but the COO is the one who implements the plans in the company and grows it bigger.
